Principal - Tony D. Pastore
Mr. Pastore brings 20 years of experience in planning, design and construction. Originally focused on ecological land design/construction and sustainable agriculture, his knowledge of the land guides PR DEI’s landscape and stormwater design program. From strawbale to reclaimed steel and lumber, Tony continues to explore cutting edge design. He co-developed the Town of Truckee Green Building Committee, is past Vice President and co-founder of the Sierra Green Building Association.

Associate Engineer - J. Brad Brewer, P.E.
Mr. Brewer has over 10 years of experience in the fields of hydrology, sediment transport, civil engineering, and stream restoration design. He currently serves as a Staff Engineer preparing design plans and supporting documentation for project development on water quality projects. Mr. Brewer works closely with other staff and agency personnel to prepare the necessary design drawings and engineering to bring a project from concept to completion.

Principal - Andrew T. Ryan, P.E., LEED AP
A Mechanical Engineer by degree with Nevada and California Licenses in Civil Engineering, Mr. Ryan brings technical expertise to PR DEI’s unique Integrated Systems Design approach. With 12 years of construction experience and 7 years of Tahoe Basin/Sierra-specific engineering experience, he designs intelligent solutions from site work to structural framing. Past projects include sub-division planning/infrastructure, stream environment zone slope stabilization, commercial and residential planning and design.

Design Associate - Meghan A. Bosher
Ms. Bosher has a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York - Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) and is currently pursuing her Landscape Architecture license. She joined PR DEI in the spring of 2006 and provides civil and landscape design/drafting,  document preparation, water quality monitoring, graphics support, materials and equipment preparation, communications support, tracking, and general administrative support.
