Associate Engineer - Jason R. Lynn, P.E., LEED AP, QSD/QSP
Mr. Lynn has over 8 years of experience and is responsibe for design and engineering, design review, drafting and construction management and inspection. He has extensive experience in preparation of environmentally sensitive plans, urban stormwater management, grading and drainage design, wastewater treatment design and supporting documentation for public and private projects throughout northern California and Nevada. Mr. Lynn is also a QSD/QSP and LEED accredited professional.

Principal - Andrew T. Ryan, P.E., LEED AP
A Mechanical Engineer by degree with Nevada and California Licenses in Civil Engineering, Mr. Ryan brings technical expertise to PR DEI’s unique Integrated Systems Design approach. With 15 years of construction experience and 10 years of Tahoe Basin/Sierra-specific engineering experience, he designs intelligent solutions from site work to structural framing. Past projects include sub-division planning/infrastructure, stream environment zone slope stabilization, commercial and residential planning and design.

Landscape Architect - Meghan A. Bosher, RLA
Ms. Bosher has 8 years of experience in design, landscape and civil engineering. She joined PR DEI in the spring of 2006 and is an instrumental member of our staff. She provides civil and landscape design/drafting,  document preparation, water quality monitoring, graphics support, materials and equipment preparation, communications support, tracking, and general administrative support.  She recieved a BLA from the State University of New York - Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF).
