Northstar Community Services District

P•R DEI was the project design team lead for a new 15,000 SF administration building for the NCSD. The project broke ground in the spring of 2008. Design themes were functionality, wise use of public funds, indoor air quality, fire resistance, durable low maintenance exterior materials, and optimizing daylight for staff.
